Repeal ObamaCare

To Our Elected Representatives;

June 28, 2012 is the day "Obamacare" went into effect by the power of the Supreme Court of the United State, going against the the Constitution and allowed “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,” to be enforced. This was the day America officially became a socialist nation, marking the end of freedom from coast to coast.

We, as concerned taxpayers urge all of our elected representatives to vote against this administration's health care plan.

Obamacare will reduce the quality and increase the cost of healthcare, restrict innovation in medicine, force the rationing of healthcare procedures, and increase our national deficit and debt. Obamacare is highly unwise and foolish policy. Obamacare violates the Constitution’s guarantee of the equal protection of the laws it is not based on any power delegated to Congress in the Constitution,

We therefore urge you to take a stand for the American people against this outrageous and misnamed healthcare plan: vote to repeal the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.”

I, the undersigned citizen of the United States, do call upon all members of the United States Senate to take the House bill for the repeal of Obamacare, H.R. 2, “Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act” off the table, and then vote to pass that bill and repeal the ruinous, unconstitutional “Obamacare” law.

    obamacare tax is illegal and unConstitutional. It can never be a law and so says the supreme court judges. They illegally changed some of the beginning pages so it could pass as obamacare tax and they told everyone it can be repealed because it is totally unConstitutional. So why is it still around ? A little off the subject , why do seniors like myself have to pay $ 165.00 every month for medicare insurance premiums , taken our automatically, from my social security check , which is automatically deposited in a bank , when I have already paid $161,000. for medicare and social security tax out of every

    paycheck in a life time of working ?
